FOR THE PREPARATION OF MEAT :- wash and cut the meat well
mix the meat with onion, green chilly, ginger, 2 stem of curry leaves, 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, and salt as much as needed.
kept all these in a cooker wait till for 3 whistle
FOR MASALA :- heat the pan
add coconut oil. then add fresh coconut, curry leafs, black pepper, ani seeds, coriander seed, cinnamon, garlic and nut mug flower
mix all these till get a brown colour. then add garam masala and kashmeri chilli powder
turn off the flame and let it cool. once it cooled grind it in a mixy.
mix this mixture with cooked meat
cook the jack fruit in a cooker
FOR CURRY :- heat a big pan, put cooked jack fruit in it.
add cooked meat. mix well till all these get mixed well
turn off the flame. the tasty and spicy curry is ready
